1) All Kinds of Monument Entrance Fee & Joy Ride Like, Boating Charges, Ropeway, paragliding, Horses Riding, Photo Camera fees, Video Camera fees.
2) Expenditure for Personal Nature Like, Portage, Room Services, Laundry, Phone, Internet, Tips, Etc.
3) Any Other Services & Meals, beverages Not Mentioned in the Inclusion.
4) Air Ticket, Train Ticket, Porter charges.
5) Mediclaim & travel insurance.

• F. I. T. Tour Cost Based on Minimum 4 Pax Travelling.                                            
• In Hotel We Book Regular Room. Because Hotel Have Maximum Number of Regular Rooms. If Customer Want to Upgrade Room in same Hotel like View Room, Suite Room etc. You Have to Pay Extra at The Time of Booking.
• Third Person Sharing in same room provides mattresses only without cot.
• Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute Close On Thursday.
• Nathula Pass Close On Monday & Thursday.
• Science city kalimpong Close On Monday.
• On tour Guests are requested to carry 2 photo copy (Xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport, Driving Licence, Voter's ID along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
• Children / Students are requested to carry 2 photo copies (Xerox) of school or College Photo Identity card along with Them Also Submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
• 2 passport size photographs.
• Tour manager will not be held responsible for the Photo ID proof.
• In case of any inconvenience to the railway, company will not be responsible for that.
• Company Is Not Responsible For Railway berth confirmation, ticket booking confirmation, and any other Problems Related to IRCTC or Railway Board.
• Like berth number, Berth Preference and confirmation of seat and passenger any Other problems suffering during railway journey.

TOUR BOOKING:-
• At the Time Of Booking:- 50% Amount of Tour Cost.
• Balance Payment Pay before 1 Month of Tour Date.
• Child Below 05 Year Carry Date of Birth Proof Compulsory Otherwise Child Rate Chargeable.

INSTRUCTIONS:-
• There will be no change in the final tour program.
• Customer has to bear the responsibility of their luggage. Company will not be responsible if any Kind of missing occurred.
• Tour cost will not be refundable if the customer would not be present at time.
• If the planned sightseeing will have to cancelled because of any kind of climatic or social Problem then company will not be Responsible for that time

CANCELLATION POLICY:- (DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT ON CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR)
• Before 30 Days: - 10% of Total Tour Cost.
• Before 20 Days: - 50% of Total Tour Cost.
• Before 15 Days: - 75% of Total Tour Cost.
• Before 10 Days: - 100% of Total Tour Cost.
